The Friends and Family Test is a simple questionnaire to help us to understand whether patients are happy with the service provided or where improvements could be made.  Please do not use the Friends and Family questionnaire to tell us of a serious issue that requires immediate action.   If you do feel that there is a problem which needs addressing, please contact the surgery directly so that we can investigate this further and respond directly to you.
